What it’s like

Red Bush is a malt-rich Bushmills blend matured in first-fill bourbon casks. That American oak gives it more vanilla, caramel and fruit than Bushmills Original. It is smooth, sweet and easy, designed both for drinking on the rocks and for mixing. An inexpensive and very friendly Irish whiskey, a good way into the house. It is very well priced.

Vanilla, caramel, fresh fruit and a touch of cinnamon and sweet cereal.

Smooth and sweet. Toffee, vanilla, apple, soft spice and cereal.
