What it’s like

The ten-year-old malt from Bushmills, the Northern Irish distillery famous for its triple distillation. It matures in bourbon and sherry casks, according to the brand, and it is light and fruity: honey, vanilla, orchard fruit and a touch of milk chocolate. It has no smoke.
