What it’s like

A modern Irish blend from Diageo, named in honour of an old Dublin distiller, designed above all for cocktails. It matures in bourbon casks and is bottled at 45%. It is sweet and fruity, with pear, vanilla, caramel and soft spice, with a creamy texture. It works very well in cocktails and highballs, and it is also pleasant neat for those after an Irish whiskey with a little more body.
