What it’s like

Pikesville is a rye brand with roots in Maryland, now made by Heaven Hill in Kentucky. Its six-year-old version, at 55% ABV, is one of the most appreciated ryes for its price: intense, spicy and sweet at the same time, with pepper, cinnamon, cocoa, caramel and dark fruit. A powerful and very rounded rye. It shines in a Manhattan and is also enjoyed neat, with a few drops of water.
