What it’s like

Triple Sherry Cask blends Kavalan whisky matured in three types of sherry cask: Pedro Ximénez, oloroso and Moscatel or fino, according to the house. It is sweet and very fruity, with dried fruit, honey, chocolate and spice, smoother and lighter than Sherry Oak. No smoke. An indulgent malt that is very easy to enjoy. Best enjoyed neat or with a few drops of water.

Nose
Raisins, honey, milk chocolate and a touch of tropical fruit.
Palate
Sweet. Dried fruit, toffee, cocoa, soft spice and vanilla, with no rough edges.
Finish
Medium, sweet, with a hint of dried fruit and honey.
