What it’s like

Kavalan is the Taiwanese distillery that surprised the world in the 2010s. Its Sherry Oak matures in sherry casks and, thanks to the island’s subtropical climate, reaches in a few years a richness that would take much longer in Scotland. It has dried fruit, chocolate, spice and a touch of tropical fruit. It is bottled at 46% ABV. An intense, indulgent sherried malt.
