Inchmoan is the peated malt from the Loch Lomond distillery, named after one of the islands in the loch. The house makes it by combining spirit from its straight-necked stills and its traditional stills, both with peated barley, and matures it in American oak casks. It is a Highland smoky whisky, earthier and sweeter than maritime, with fruit, vanilla and spice. It is bottled at 46% ABV and is a very good option for its price.
