What it’s like

The smoky malt in Milk & Honey’s Elements series, made with peated barley and matured in bourbon casks and in casks that held peated whisky. The smoke is soft and mingles with the fruit, vanilla and spice that Tel Aviv’s warm climate brings. It is bottled at 46% ABV. A friendly, different smoky whisky, far from the Islay style.

Soft smoke, ripe fruit, vanilla and a touch of pepper.
Palate
Sweet and smoky. Caramel, fruit, peat smoke and spice.
Finish
Medium to long, smoky and spicy, with a hint of vanilla.
