What it’s like

Blackpitts is Teeling’s peated malt, triple distilled and matured in bourbon and Sauternes sweet wine casks. Its name recalls an old Dublin neighbourhood where there were distilleries. It combines peat smoke with fruit, honey and a touch of spice, and triple distillation makes it lighter than an Islay. It is bottled at 46% ABV. An uncommon smoky Irish whiskey.
