What it’s like

The Dalmore’s fifteen-year-old matures first in bourbon casks and finishes in several kinds of sherry cask, according to the brand. It is the house’s most indulgent version: candied orange, dark chocolate, cinnamon, ginger and dried fruit, with a silky texture. It has no smoke. It is a very easy malt to enjoy for those after dessert flavours, and a very handy gift for special occasions.
