What it’s like
The Dalmore’s eighteen-year-old matures in bourbon casks and spends its final years in very old oloroso sherry casks. The result is a very rich, dark malt, with candied orange, chocolate, coffee and spice, the house’s opulent style. No smoke. It is a luxury malt, dense and indulgent, ideal to drink neat and slowly on a special occasion.
