What it’s like

The oldest blend in Jameson’s regular range combines pot still and grain whiskeys at least eighteen years old, matured in bourbon and oloroso sherry casks, and finishes in first-fill bourbon casks. It is silky and very complex, with fruit in syrup, toffee, spice and fine oak. No smoke. A luxury Irish whiskey to drink neat and slowly on a special occasion.

Nose
Toffee, fruit in syrup, vanilla and soft spice, with a touch of leather.
Palate
Silky. Caramel, ripe fruit, nutmeg, nuts and elegant oak.
Finish
Long and smooth, with spice, polished oak and a hint of toffee.
