What it’s like

The fifteen-year-old version of the benchmark Irish pot still, bottled at 46% without chill filtration, according to the brand. It matures in sherry and bourbon casks and is deeper and spicier than the twelve-year-old: dried fruit, nuts, toffee, spice and elegant oak, with a very oily texture. It is one of the best examples of traditional Irish whiskey, ideal to drink slowly.
