What it’s like

Royal Salute was born in 1953 as a tribute to the coronation of Elizabeth II and is sold in a porcelain flagon. Its core blend already starts at twenty-one years, with a silky, mature profile: fruit in syrup, honey, vanilla, nuts and soft spice. It has hardly any smoke. It is the gift whisky par excellence and a way to get to know very old blends.

Nose
Pear in syrup, honey, vanilla and hazelnuts, with a floral touch.
Palate
Silky. Ripe fruit, honey, nuts, soft spice and polished oak.
Finish
Long and smooth, with polished oak and a hint of honey.
