What it’s like

Balblair is a northern Highland distillery that for years sold its malts by vintage and now offers them by age. Its fifteen-year-old matures in bourbon casks and finishes in Spanish oak sherry casks. It has ripe fruit, honey, spice and chocolate, with a smooth texture. No smoke. It is a rich, balanced malt, with natural colour.
