What it’s like

A rarity in Ireland: a peat-smoked malt, something unusual in a country where almost all whiskey is smoke-free. It is made at the Cooley distillery and combines soft, earthy smoke with honey, cereal, fruit and vanilla. It is less intense than Islay’s smoky whiskies, so it works well as a gateway to smoke. It is a good way to discover another side of Irish whiskey.
