What it’s like

Forty Creek is an Ontario distillery founded by John K. Hall, who came from the wine world. It distils corn, rye and barley whisky separately, matures them in different casks and then blends them. Barrel Select finishes in sherry casks and is sweet and rounded, with honey, fruit, vanilla and spice. A friendly craft Canadian whisky.
