What it’s like

Canadian Club’s twelve-year-old keeps the house method, which blends the whiskies while still young and lets them mature together in white oak casks. With age, the usual light blend gains caramel, vanilla, spice and more noticeable oak. No smoke. It is a smooth, rounded Canadian whisky, very well priced for its age.
