What it’s like

The Arran version matured entirely in sherry casks and bottled at its natural strength, around 55.8% ABV. It is an intense, indulgent malt, with dried fruit, chocolate, spice and a touch of the house’s fresh fruit, with a dense texture. No smoke. Try it first neat and then with a few drops of water, which open up the fruit.

Raisins, plum, dark chocolate, cinnamon and a touch of orange.
Palate
Intense. Dried fruit, toffee, cocoa, spice and nuts, with plenty of body.
Finish
Long and warm, with spice, chocolate and a hint of sherry.
