What it’s like

Glenfarclas’s twenty-one-year-old shows the house sherry style with the calm that two decades in the cask bring. It has dried fruit, marzipan, spice and nuts, with more noticeable oak and a very distant touch of smoke. It is complex but not at all heavy, and it is among the best-value aged malts in Speyside.
