What it’s like

Auchentoshan’s twelve-year-old keeps the lightness of triple distillation but gains roundness from the combination of bourbon and sherry casks. It is smooth and indulgent, with toffee, toasted almond, orange and a hint of spice, without smoke. It has more body than American Oak and is very pleasant neat. It is a good example of the Lowland style: delicate, easy and with sweet nuances.
