What it’s like

One of the most heavily peated whiskies on Islay and, at the same time, surprisingly balanced. Under intense smoke come lemon, vanilla, chocolate and spice, with a sweet background that makes it very complete. Bottled at 46% ABV and without chill filtration, it has body and texture. It is essential for smoke lovers and a benchmark to compare with other Islays such as Laphroaig or Lagavulin.

Intense peat smoke, lemon, tar and sea notes, with vanilla and some pepper.
Palate
Powerful and balanced. Smoke, citrus, chocolate and espresso, with vanilla sweetness.
Finish
Very long and smoky, with notes of coffee, tar and spice.
