Dewar's 15 makes use of the house double ageing, which brings the whiskies back together in the cask after blending, to give a very smooth, honeyed blend. Aberfeldy provides the malt heart, with honey and ripe fruit. It is somewhat richer and spicier than the twelve-year-old, without noticeable smoke. A good whisky to drink neat when you fancy something sweet and easy.
