Kirin’s Fuji Gotemba distillery stands at the foot of Mount Fuji and is known for its grain whisky, which it distils with several types of still. Its Single Grain is bottled at 46% ABV and shows how delicate grain can be: fruit, vanilla, honey, soft spice and a silky texture. No smoke. A different and very elegant Japanese whisky.
