What it’s like

A version of the Tullamore D.E.W. blend that finishes its maturation in Demerara rum casks, from Guyana. The rum brings tropical fruit, brown sugar and a touch of spice over the house’s smooth base, and the 43% ABV strength gives it a little more body. No smoke. It is sweet and fruity, good neat, on the rocks or in cocktails.

Banana, pineapple, brown sugar and a touch of vanilla and spice.

Sweet. Tropical fruit, caramel, vanilla, cereal and soft spice, with some coconut.
