What it’s like

Tullamore D.E.W.’s twelve-year-old blends the three types of Irish whiskey, malt, pot still and grain, matured in bourbon and oloroso sherry casks. It is richer than the Original, with dried fruit, chocolate, vanilla and spice, and keeps the house smoothness. No smoke. A rounded and very easy Irish whiskey, ideal neat.

Nose
Dried fruit, milk chocolate, vanilla and a touch of walnuts and spice.
Palate
Rounded. Toffee, raisins, soft spice, vanilla and cereal, with some honey.
Finish
Medium, sweet and spicy, with a hint of nuts.
