What it’s like

The Cotswolds distillery, in the English countryside, works with local barley and combines bourbon and reconditioned red wine casks, according to the brand. It is bottled at 46% without chill filtration and with natural colour. It is fruity and spicy, with red fruit, honey, vanilla, biscuit and a touch of oak. A modern English malt with plenty of personality, highly recommendable for those after something different.

Palate
Rounded and fruity. Caramel, red berries, spice and malt, with some biscuit.
Finish
Medium to long, sweet and spicy, with a hint of fruit.
