What it’s like

Aber Falls is a distillery in North Wales, opened in 2017 beside the waterfalls that give it its name, the first in that part of the country in more than a century. Its malt is made with Welsh barley and matures in bourbon casks. It is light and fruity, with vanilla, fruit, cereal and honey. No smoke. A young, simple malt.
