What it’s like

Woodinville is a distillery in Washington State, near Seattle, that grows its own grain on a farm in the east of the state, where it also matures its casks. Its bourbon is sweet and rounded, with caramel, vanilla, chocolate and soft spice. It is bottled at 45% ABV. It is one of the best-known craft bourbons outside Kentucky, and since 2017 it has been part of Moët Hennessy.
