What it’s like

Westland’s sherry-influenced version: it combines oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks with new American oak casks. Over the house’s toasted cereal and cocoa come dried fruit, spice and a dark sweetness. It is a rich, indulgent American malt, at 46% ABV. Best enjoyed neat, and it is very interesting to compare with a sherried Scotch malt.
