Caledonia is its twelve-year-old matured in oloroso sherry casks, bottled at 46% ABV without chill filtration and with natural colour. It has dried fruit, chocolate, spice and a touch of leather, with the house’s creamy texture. No smoke. A rich and very traditional sherried malt.

Raisins, chocolate, spice and soft leather, with some honey.
Palate
Creamy. Dried fruit, toffee, cocoa, spice and nuts, with a touch of leather.
Finish
Long, with spice, chocolate and a hint of oloroso sherry.
