What it’s like

Westland is a distillery in Seattle, Washington State, a pioneer of American single malt whiskey. Its American Oak uses several malts, including roasted malt like that used in beer, and matures in new American oak casks and bourbon casks. It is a malt very different from Scotch: cereal, cocoa, vanilla, fruit and spice, with plenty of body.
