Willett is a family distillery in Bardstown, and its Pot Still Reserve is famous for its still-shaped bottle. It is a small batch bourbon, at 47% ABV, with a sweet, floral profile: caramel, honey, vanilla, citrus and soft spice. An elegant and very recognisable bourbon, also as a gift. It works neat, with an ice cube or in classic cocktails such as the Old Fashioned.

Nose
Caramel, honey, vanilla, citrus and a floral, spicy touch.
Palate
Smooth and sweet. Toffee, honey, fruit, soft spice and oak.
Finish
Medium, sweet and spicy, with a hint of vanilla and honey.
