Evan Williams’ “white label” follows the bottled-in-bond rules: a single distilling season, at least four years old and 50% ABV. It is an inexpensive bourbon with more body than Black Label: caramel, vanilla, sweet corn and spice. Bartenders value it highly for its quality-to-price ratio. It works neat, with an ice cube or in classic cocktails such as the Old Fashioned.
