What it’s like

Hudson Baby Bourbon is made in the Hudson Valley, New York, from corn only, and was the state’s first legal whiskey since Prohibition. It matures in small casks, which speed up maturation, and is sold in 35 cl bottles. It is sweet and full-bodied, with corn, caramel, vanilla and spice. A different craft bourbon.
