What it’s like

One of the best-known luxury malts in the world. It matures for eighteen years in sherry-seasoned casks from Jerez, according to the brand, and keeps its natural colour. It is deep and complex: dried fruit, ginger, candied orange, chocolate and noble wood, with a very silky texture. It has no smoke. Its price is very high, so it is a bottle for special occasions or to give to someone who values the most classic sherry style.

Nose
Dried fruit, ginger and candied orange, with chocolate and noble wood.
Palate
Silky and deep. Raisins, spice, toffee and elegant oak, with some cocoa.
Finish
Long, warm and spicy, with hints of dried fruit and cocoa.
