What it’s like

Kingsbarns is a young distillery near St Andrews, in Fife, owned by the Wemyss family. Dream to Dram was its first malt: matured mainly in first-fill bourbon casks and red wine casks, it is light, fruity and floral, with orchard fruit, citrus and vanilla. No smoke. A fresh, modern Lowland malt.

Nose
Pear, apple, citrus and flowers, with a touch of vanilla.
Palate
Light. Fresh fruit, honey, vanilla and soft cereal, with a floral touch.
Finish
Medium, clean and fruity, with light oak and pear.
