What it’s like
Parliament is GlenDronach’s twenty-one-year-old, matured in oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks and bottled at 48% ABV, without chill filtration. It is one of the most intense and appreciated sherried malts: molasses, coffee, dark chocolate, dried fruit and spice, with a dense texture. No smoke. A deep, dark malt, to drink neat and very slowly.
