What it’s like

Mortlach is known as “the Beast of Dufftown” for its dense, meaty spirit, achieved with a very particular distillation system. Its sixteen-year-old matures in sherry casks and is rich, powerful and deep: dried fruit, chocolate, spice and a meaty touch. No peat. It is a very full-bodied malt for those who enjoy intense sherry.
