What it’s like

Red Spot completes the Spot family, which was born with the Dublin wine merchants Mitchell & Son. It is a fifteen-year-old pot still matured in bourbon, oloroso sherry and Marsala wine casks, bottled at 46% ABV and without chill filtration. It is rich and fruity, with red fruit, spice, nuts and elegant oak. No smoke. A complex Irish whiskey, much appreciated by enthusiasts.

Red fruit, raisins, pot still spice and a touch of honey and walnuts.

Rich and oily. Cherry, dried fruit, pepper, toffee and polished oak.

Long, spicy and fruity, with a hint of sweet wine.
