What it’s like

A tribute to Barry Crockett, who was Midleton’s master distiller for decades. It is a pot still matured in bourbon casks and new American oak casks, bottled at 46% ABV without chill filtration. It is delicate and very aromatic, with tropical fruit, vanilla, spice and flowers. No smoke. One of the most elegant Irish whiskeys, to drink neat on a special occasion.

Tropical fruit, vanilla, flowers, soft pepper and a touch of citrus.
Palate
Delicate and creamy. Fruit, vanilla, pot still spice, honey and fine oak.
Finish
Long, spicy and elegant, with a hint of vanilla and tropical fruit.
