What it’s like

Portwood is the Penderyn malt that finishes in port casks. The wine brings red berries, plum and chocolate to the Welsh distillery’s fresh, fruity base. It is bottled at 46% ABV, without chill filtration and with natural colour. No smoke. It is an indulgent, rounded malt, good for getting to know wine finishes on a light base style.
