What it’s like

Brukswhisky is the everyday malt from Mackmyra, the Swedish distillery that pioneered Scandinavian whisky. It matures mainly in bourbon casks with a share in Swedish oak, and it is light, fresh and fruity, with fruit, vanilla, cereal and a touch of spice. No smoke. A good way to discover Nordic whisky. It works neat, on the rocks or in a highball.

Fresh fruit, vanilla, cereal and a touch of pepper and flowers.
Palate
Light. Pear, caramel, vanilla, soft spice and cereal, with a floral touch.
Finish
Short to medium, clean and spicy, with a hint of pear and vanilla.
