What it’s like

Benromach is a small Speyside distillery that revives the region’s old style, with a light peat smoke. Its fifteen-year-old matures in bourbon and sherry casks, with sherry predominating. It has dried fruit, chocolate, spice and soft smoke in the background. It is a rich, traditional malt, very different from Speyside’s light malts.
