What it’s like

The annual edition from Glenkinchie, the Lowland distillery near Edinburgh, with an amontillado sherry cask finish. Over the house’s floral, grassy lightness, the amontillado brings nuts, spice and a very elegant dry touch. No smoke. It is a delicate malt but with more depth than the twelve-year-old. Best enjoyed neat.
