What it’s like

Caol Ila’s annual edition with a finish in casks that held sweet Moscatel wine. The wine brings a sweetness of grape and ripe fruit that contrasts very well with the distillery’s clean smoke, salt and citrus. It is rounder and more indulgent than the twelve-year-old without losing its island character. A very balanced smoky malt, ideal for those who want a friendly Islay.

Clean peat smoke, Moscatel grape, honey and a touch of lemon and sea salt.
Palate
Rounded. Smoke, sweet fruit, caramel, salt and spice, with an oily texture.
Finish
Long, smoky and sweet, with a hint of raisin and salt.
