What it’s like

An annual Talisker edition finished in amoroso sherry casks, a sweet style of sherry, according to the brand. The wine’s sweetness softens the Skye distillery’s pepper and salt and adds dried fruit, toffee and spice. The smoke is still there, but rounder. It is a very balanced malt for those who enjoy Talisker and want a more indulgent version, ideal for winter.
