What it’s like
anCnoc is the brand of the Knockdhu distillery, on the border between the Highlands and Speyside; it uses another name to avoid confusion with Knockando. The twelve-year-old is light and fresh, with honey, lemon, apple and a touch of cereal and soft spice. It has no smoke. It is a very clean, balanced malt, ideal as an aperitif or for those after an easy whisky with some personality.
