What it’s like

The eighteen-year-old from Hakushu, Suntory’s distillery in the forests of the Japanese Alps, keeps the house’s fresh, herbal character with much more depth. It has ripe fruit, herbs, honey and very soft smoke, with elegant oak. It is a delicate, complex malt, much sought after by collectors. Best enjoyed neat, without ice, to appreciate its delicacy.
