What it’s like

Brenne is a French malt made on a family estate in the Cognac region, which distils its own barley in the traditional copper stills of cognac. It matures in new French oak casks and finishes in casks that held the same house’s cognac. It is fruity and floral, with orchard fruit, vanilla, flowers and a touch of spice. It is bottled at 40% ABV.

Nose
Pear, flowers, vanilla and a touch of grape and spice.
Palate
Smooth and fruity. Fruit, caramel, vanilla, spice and cereal, with a floral touch.
Finish
Medium, delicate, with a hint of fruit and oak.
